Projects
These are some of the projects I have worked on over the years. They are not exhaustive, and ordered chronologically.
IZEM
2026
In Module 11: Design Project, I worked on an application called IZEM alongside four other students. IZEM is a question and queuing management system for labs, it uses my work on automated assessment as a basis in supporting teaching assistants during labs.
BuddyGPT
2026
Under supervision of Prof. Gayane Sedrakyan, I worked on BuddyGPT, alongside six other students. BuddyGPT is a RAG-based multi-agent system that answers student questions. It should be noted that this work was conducted as a research assistant. Therefore, any and all images presented belong to Gayane, and are for illustration only.
Mochi
2025
As part of a startup venture, I developed Mochi alongside three other students. Mochi is meant to engage students in a mix of study sessions and break taking. With the goal of improved learning. With this app we participated as semi-finalists in the UTChallenge.
Digital Twin
2025
In Module 11: BIT Inc., alongside three other students we created a Digital Twin for Port of Twente that could be utilized for tracking and decision making in a logistic freight shipment setting. Our effort was awarded the highest grade (ever).
Edugraph
2024
As part of a startup venture, I developed Edugraph alongside two other students. Edugraph is meant to capture a student’s learning journey and suggest new learning goals and study mates. With this app we participated as finalists in the UTChallenge.
XAI in Finance
2024

In Module 5: Finance for Engineers, alongside five others, we implemented several machine learning based classifiers to see whether a certain stock was anywhere between a strong buy and a strong sell. We then utilized Shapley values (XAI) to explain the predictions, with the aim of linking this to analyst’s reasoning.
Exploding Kittens
2023

In Module 2: Software Engineering, together Masato Idei we implemented a fully functional game of exploding kittens that can be played across a network in a lobby system. The game includes a cheater mode, that gives players (or CPUs) the ability to count cards.
The above is all my original work.
